What to Expect
Over a two-week programme, your team members will perform fun daily challenges across five key areas of wellbeing – movement, connection, nutrition, sleep and mindfulness.
They’re awarded points for completing each challenge, based on effort and difficulty. Everyone has access to the interactive online tool where they see their own individual wellbeing score and their accumulated team rating.
Different teams across the business compete to achieve the highest group wellbeing score. This drives engagement with the programme and a sense of teamwork.
We have analysed extensive research to bring to users a balance of basic activities they can complete each day without too much effort or difficulty.
Our programme is designed to create a holistic and balanced approach to improving wellbeing for all.
