Connecting teams through wellbeing

The Wellbeing Games is a playful and effective online team-connection tool designed to help your team stay healthy, happy and connected. Fun and engaging, the games support your employees to improve their physical and emotional health, through a programme of simple daily wellbeing challenges. Designed to strengthen relationships, the games encourages team members to talk to each other, at a time when many may be struggling to connect socially. The games also allow companies to incorporate a shared upskilling objective or project deliverable into the challenge. Hosted on our secure microsite, the games are easily accessible wherever your employees have an internet connection.

What to Expect

Over a two-week programme, your team members will perform fun daily challenges across five key areas of wellbeing – movement, connection, nutrition, sleep and mindfulness.

They’re awarded points for completing each challenge, based on effort and difficulty. Everyone has access to the interactive online tool where they see their own individual wellbeing score and their accumulated team rating.

Different teams across the business compete to achieve the highest group wellbeing score. This drives engagement with the programme and a sense of teamwork.

We have analysed extensive research to bring to users a balance of basic activities they can complete each day without too much effort or difficulty.

Our programme is designed to create a holistic and balanced approach to improving wellbeing for all.
